Privacy Policy

You provide most of it yourself when you sign up and use the platform:

Account details — your name, email address, and a secure (hashed) password.

Player profile — your city, preferred courts, self-reported NTRP skill level, and optional World Tennis Number (WTN) ratings.

Matching data — the availability windows you declare, match requests, confirmations, scores, and post-match ratings.

Reliability data — whether you showed up to matches you confirmed, used to calculate your reliability score.

NE1410IS uses the city and preferred courts you enter — not continuous GPS tracking — to find nearby players. We do not track your real-time location. The city and general court preference you set are the only location signals we use, and they are visible to players you are matched with so you can agree on where to play.

We use your data to pair you with compatible players, to let both sides confirm a match, to calculate and display reliability scores, to send you match-related and account notifications, and to keep the community safe. We may produce aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example, the number of active players in a city).

When you are matched, the other player can see your first name, city, skill level, and reliability score — the information needed to agree on and trust a match. Your email address and password are never shown to other members. All communication happens through controlled message templates rather than exposing your personal contact details.

We send transactional emails (match proposals, confirmations, and occasional activity nudges) to the address on your account. These are part of the core service. You can adjust your preferences or close your account to stop them.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain limited records to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

You can view and edit your profile at any time, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Passwords are stored hashed, and access to member data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
