Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and arrange matches. By using the platform you confirm that the information in your profile — including your name, city, and self-reported skill rating — is accurate and kept up to date. One person, one account.

NE1410IS is an introduction service. We pair players of comparable skill and overlapping availability and let both parties confirm a time and court. We are not a party to any match, we do not supervise play, we do not own or operate the courts you use, and we do not verify the identity, skill, health, or conduct of any member beyond the reliability system described in our Community Standards.

Any match you arrange is a private arrangement between you and the other player. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to meet, where to meet, and whether to play.

Tennis and travel to and from courts carry inherent risks, including physical injury, property loss, and interactions with people you do not know. You voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release NE1410IS, Wingdale Harbors, and their operators from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to: (a) any match, meeting, or communication with another member; (b) the condition of any court or venue; and (c) the conduct of any member. We strongly encourage you to meet at public courts, tell someone your plans, and stop play if you feel unsafe or unwell.

You agree to treat other members with respect, to show up to matches you confirm, to report scores and ratings honestly, and to follow our Community Standards. Harassment, discrimination, misrepresenting your skill to gain an unfair match, or using the platform for any purpose other than arranging tennis is prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.

Every member starts with a reliability score of 100. Confirming and honoring matches maintains it; no-shows and repeated cancellations reduce it. The score is a trust signal shown to potential partners. The full methodology — and the process for appealing a score change caused by a genuine emergency — is published in our Community Standards.

NE1410IS is provided free of charge. There are no membership fees, subscriptions, or premium tiers. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but the core matchmaking experience will remain free, and we will never charge you without your explicit, prior consent.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By posting it you grant NE1410IS a limited license to display it to relevant members for the purpose of arranging matches (for example, showing your first name, city, and skill level to a potential partner). You may edit or delete your profile at any time.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our Community Standards, or where necessary to protect the safety of the community.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a match will be found, that a matched player will show up, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
